The Drifter was my first attempt at writing a novel. I admit that I knew less than nothing about the process. I started out plodding as they say. Just writing the scenes as they played through my head. I had been in a dark period of post-natal depression and focusing on doing something creative helped me find the light again. The more I wrote the more I found my enthusiasm for life returning. Writing have always been a passion of mine. I have myriads of journals and blog posts that I’ve filled throughout the years. Discovering the craft of novel writing and developing it has been such a journey. My friend Anna drew and painted this cover and I feel it suits the sweet story of two lost souls finding each other. The setting is a fictional English village called Curiosity. I live in England and love the atmosphere of a small hamlet. My husband is in construction and we have personally renovated our own homes so using that for the story came easy. Please read the preview as a taster and if you buy it through this link it gives back to me a little extra. Thank you in advance!
