If feelings were an energy source
It would be deemed too unstable
Too dangerous to use

They change from day to night
In split seconds of experience
They are affected by everything
From the weather to a bad hair day

When trouble comes they easily fail
They change small fires into bonfires.
They inspire and they discourage
Emotions can be a friend or a foe.

So what to do…
Can’t live without them…
But sometimes they make you
Unfit for living.

Is love….a feeling?
The most powerful force on earth.
Patient, kind, humble, forgiving…
These go against natural emotions.
So where does love find its power source
Definitely not from feelings…

Inner peace….
That priceless jewel
People would do anything to possess.
Constant, reliable contentment.
Can feelings provide this?
No….

The stable inner core that can stabilize emotions and make them useful…
Is only achieved through fusion….
Fusion between your inner being and the One and Only timeless One.

So when they rage
And threaten to overwhelm you
Go find your centre
And look for Him…
Feast your eyes…
Become one…
